Hotel Lobby with Higgsfield: Source Video or Built-In Template?
For a Hotel Lobby-style remake, the first decision is where the performance comes from. A source-video workflow lets you bring the movement reference. A built-in template supplies it for you. That distinction changes what you prepare; it does not establish which tool produces a better result.
New generation and credit purchases on our site are Coming soon. Our guides and previews remain available. This comparison describes workflows, not a completed side-by-side generation test.
What Higgsfield documents
Higgsfield’s official Genjutsu page describes two approaches. Motion Transfer uses an existing clip’s movement as the basis for a rebuilt scene or cast. Object Swap targets selected elements within footage. Character references can guide the intended replacement. These are the platform’s descriptions, not a guarantee that every face or gesture survives unchanged.
The official workflow guide describes preparing a source video, adding relevant reference images, choosing a mode and preset or instructions, then generating and reviewing. Check the current interface for account access, accepted inputs and the displayed cost. This article does not fix a price, allowance or duration for a changing third-party service.
Preparing a source-video remake
Start with footage you are permitted to use. Decide which performer each reference should replace and what should remain unchanged. For a two-character scene, note the starting positions and who performs each vocal part; movement across the frame should not imply a new identity assignment.
After any generation, compare the beginning, motion and ending with the source and character images. Check audio separately. We have not verified Higgsfield’s audio treatment for this particular Hotel Lobby task, so do not assume an unchanged soundtrack or a new voice.
How our template differs
Our configured flow supplies the orange-booth template and accepts two character photos. It does not expose source-video upload, a scene prompt or a soundtrack selector. The intended output retains the template audio; changing a photo does not change the recorded voice. The character-swap guide explains role assignment and likeness limitations.
Choose based on the inputs and control you need, then inspect actual results when the service is available. If you already have footage and mainly need cuts or captions, read editing templates versus AI generation. The guides index connects preparation, preview and review steps.
