Start by comparing the problem with the input photos, the template and the task status. A reversed role, an unfamiliar voice and an unfinished task have different causes. Repeating the same submission without checking those details may produce the same result or create an unnecessary second task.

The wrong person is leading
Look at the template preview with sound before assigning your photos. Photo 1 supplies the starting left character and Photo 2 the starting right character. The reference determines the performance roles; two people in the frame does not mean both must rap.
Compare the opening and a later moment. If the photos were assigned correctly but the output changes sides, that is a result to review, not proof that you clicked the wrong slot. The character replacement guide explains what the photos control and what follows the template.
A face changes during the clip
Pause near the beginning, during a head turn and near the end. Compare a few recognizable details with each input: hairline, face shape, visible clothing and body outline. Do not judge likeness from the first frame alone.
Check whether an input contains another person, a hidden face or very little clothing detail. Use one intended subject per image and inspect the actual crop. A clearer reference may help, but cannot guarantee an exact match. See how to choose two useful photos.

Replacing the characters does not automatically replace the voices. The finished clip retains the template soundtrack. Check which character is performing during the audible line: a second character may only react or move along with it.
Changing a photo’s apparent gender is not a voice-selection setting. If the voice or performance role is unsuitable, review the template choice. Do not spend another generation expecting the same soundtrack to become a different singer.
The page looks idle or the video is missing
Open Your videos and check the existing task. A slow status request, a disconnected tab or an output still being saved is not the same as a confirmed failed generation. Avoid submitting again while an accepted task is processing.
